Martha Naomi Miller

Martha Naomi Miller, age 72, of Nicholls passed away March 8, 2026 at Coffee Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born March 7, 1954 in Ware County to the late Charles Linburgh Hutto and Martha Jane Strickland Hutto.

Mrs. Martha was a member of The Refuge Center.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Baby Streat, brother, Charles Linburgh Hutto, III, sisters, Bessie Lewis and Leah Tyre and nephew, Jason Hutto.

Survivors include her daughter, Angela Taylor; companion, David Rickie Streat, five grandchildren, Scotty Meeks (Annett), Austin Meeks (Crystal), Cory Meeks, Aaron Anderson and Sarah Meeks; eight great-grandchildren, Julia Allgray, Leah Carter, Leaunna Cardwell, Kaisley Anderson, Azalea Meeks, Morgan Jackson, Emily Meeks, Axel Carter and Logan Hildebrandt; two nephews, Jonathan Taylor and Jamie Taylor also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Benji Capps officiating. Interment will follow in Meeks Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be Scotty Meeks, Austin Meeks, Cory Meeks, Aaron Anderson, Sarah Meeks and Haven Smith. All other in attendance will be considered honorary pallbearers.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
