Martha Jane Ike

Martha Jane Ike of Lodi passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on Friday, March 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Mecklenburg on July 22, 1935, Martha was the daughter of the late Howard and Nellie (Hoose) LaBarr. She shared a long life with her husband, Charles “Russ” Ike, and was a devoted mother to her son Steven (Jane M.V.) Ike and her late son Anthony “Tony” LaBarr. She found deep joy in her role as grandmother and great-grandmother, and remained close to many nieces and nephews throughout her life.

Martha will be remembered for her quiet strength, her steadfast love for her family, and the gentle presence she brought to those who knew her. Her burial will be private for the family at the New York State Veterans Cemetery – Finger Lakes.
