Martha Dunlap ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by McClendon-Winters Funeral Home - Beggs on Mar. 9, 2026.Martha Charlena Dunlap (1933-2026)Martha Charlena Dunlap, 92, of Beggs, Oklahoma passed away on March 7th, 2026 at 7am.She was born in Hamilton, Oklahoma on December 23rd, 1933 to parents Lovena andNealy Minyard.After graduating from Bryant High School, Charlena went on to acquire her B.S. inEducation and Masters in Education from Northeastern State University in 1974. She taughtearly education for 10 years before going on to work for the Creek Nation as an AdministrativeClerk.Charlena was preceded in death by her sister Lou Joe, brothers, Tony, Jerry and Tommyand her parents and is survived by her sister, Sue Allen, husband, Bill Dunlap and many nieces,nephews and grandchildren.Her viewing will be held on Thursday, March 12th, 2026 from 12pm-5pm atMcClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs, and a graveside service will be held at the Salem,Oklahoma Cemetery on Monday, March 16th 10 am.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
