He was a devoted husband to his wife, Amanda, whom he married on September 27, 2014. Markas was incredibly proud of his family and was always children's biggest encourager, constantly lifting them up and cheering them on.He worked at Lowe's and Wildman, where he was known for his strong work ethic. Outside of work, Markas loved riding motorcycles and playing cards, with his friends at the local shops. He found joy in the simple things - the open road, a good hand of cards, and especially time spent with those he loved.Markas had a gift for making people laugh. He was known for his quick wit and unforgettable one-liners that could brighten any room. His humor, warmth, and loving spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.He leaves behind his loving wife, Amanda Kapnick; Children: Leila, Dillinger and Boyd; and his Mother, Ruthe.
