Mark Steven Horenberger

Mark Steven Horenberger passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 8, 1955, to Raymond and Louise (Johnson) Horenberger in McHenry, Illinois, he graduated from Baraboo High School in 1974. Mark retired in 2020 after serving as General Manager of the Clarion Hotel. He remained deeply involved in his community, volunteering with the Sauk County Tavern League, Bar Buddies in Baraboo, and the St. Clare Hospital Auxiliary. His greatest passion was the Circus World Museum, where he was a proud member of Circus Tent 100.

Mark is survived by his wife, Cathy; his son, Matthew (Lori) Miller; his daughter, Angela (Scott) Bowar; and his grandchildren, Meaghan, Leah, and Adam Miller, and Haeden Bowar. He is also survived by his sisters, Sue Mott, RaeAnn Gray, and Amy LaMarche; his brother, Tim Horenberger; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
