Mark made a living for many years as a well-trained HVAC technician in his community. Mark's passions were pigeon racing and diesel trucks. To those who shared these interests, Mark was more than an enthusiast; he was an inspiration and a mentor. The care and commitment he demonstrated toward his racing pigeons were a testament to his competitiveness for the sport.Survivors include his wife, Diane Foote; son, Stephen Foote (Audra); grandchildren, Dakota, Evan, and Paige; and sisters, Kimmy Thieman (Thomas), Laurie Hutcheson, and Terri Borton (George).A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the graveside in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Reverend Terry Calhoun officiating.Higgins Funeral Home Hillcrest Chapel is honored to serve the family of Mark Eugene Foote.
