She is survived by: her husband Eugene Wilkens; her daughter Dawn Miller (Rick); her stepson Scott Bons (Amanda); her daughter-in-law Sue Kuhlemeier; her grandchildren, Amy Piske (Vaughn), Danielle Crowford (Matt), Nick Miller (Jessica), Heidi Homan (Chris), Vernon Kuhlemeier III (Mya), Ryan Kuhlemeier (Rakasha) and Ian Bons; her great grandchildren, Boston, Liam, Lilly, Cameron, Braelyn, Brinley, Aleah, Santino, Owen, Isabella, Chance and Hunter; her brothers, Gary Meinert (Dianne) and Steve Meinert (Marsha); and her caregivers, Kelly, Jody, Hillary, Wendy, Dr. John Dube and Dr. Michael Muise.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Paul Church of Epleyanna (8800 E Eppleyanna Rd, Davis, IL 61019). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

A memorial fund has been established for SSM Health Hospice and Friends Forever Humane Society.
