She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kemp and B. Marion Kemp; and her brother Roger W. Kemp. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Wiebe (Alanna) of Dallas, Texas, Janet Wiebe (Serge Berwert) of Austin, Texas and Jennifer Wiebe of Austin, Texas.; her sisters, Jean Kemp Bilyeu and Nancy Kemp Hoekstra (Dale); and her siblings' children, Jacque Bilyeu Holmes, Dan Hoekstra (Alice), Lauri Doyle (Jim), Jonathan Hoekstra and Matthew Hoekstra (Molly).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cedar Park (1700 E Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
