Helsel Campbell, 93, of McDonald, North Fayette Township, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 6, 2026, in Concordia of the South Hills.Marion was born on August 17, 1932, in Glassport, the daughter of the late Earl and Alice Dick Helsel.She retired from the Herndon, VA office of Parsons Brinkerhoff in 2003, where she worked with her husband Troy. She was an avid lover of Shih Tzu dogs, the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and her many plants. Her home was always filled with laughter and music. She also enjoyed needlepoint and crocheting. Her family was her entire world. Marion loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In her 93 years of life, her family and friends were such a blessing to her and she was so thankful for all the smiles and love shared.Surviving are her sons, Scott (the late Becky) Campbell, Gary (Judy) Campbell and David (Janice) Campbell; grandchildren, Scott "Vinny" Campbell, Jason Campbell, Amanda Campbell - Lukiart, and Alex Campbell; great grandchildren, Ariana Campbell and Nathan Luikart.Along with her parents, Marion is preceded in death by her husband, Troy William Campbell Jr. (2015) and her brother, Wayne Earl Helsel (2020).Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald (724-926-2800). A Service will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, where Marion will be laid to rest with her husband.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 2403 Sidney St Ste 205, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
