Marilyn S. Lampman

Marilyn S. Lampman, age 80, beloved wife of the late Andrew Lampman and a longtime resident of Coxsackie, passed away on March 6, 2026. She was born on February 16, 1946, in Albany, the daughter of the late Edward and Hazel Pudsey.

Marilyn found quiet joy in her knitting and crocheting group that met on Saturday mornings at the Heermance Memorial Library. She once coached a summer girls’ softball league and remained a devoted fan of the New York Mets throughout her life. She had a deep love for animals, especially cats and dogs, and cherished her most recent companion, Holly. Above all, she treasured the annual trips she and Andrew took to Maine, where they created many lasting memories together.

She was predeceased by her husband Andrew in 2023. Marilyn is survived by her son Matthew Lampman, her sister-in-law Janet Lampman-Selke, her cousin Joan and husband Mike Anatriello, and her nieces and nephews Jennifer Seager, Donald (Lisa) Stott, Lorraine Crocker, and Maureen Brown.
