Born on May 20, 1941, she was the cherished daughter of the late Emma and Joseph Kuban.Marilyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl R. Baker, with whom she shared many years of love, partnership, and laughter. Together, they built a family rooted in kindness, resilience, and connection-values Marilyn carried with her throughout her life. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, who was the pride of her heart: Michele (James) Sheneman. Her joy only grew with the arrival of her grandchildren, Bradley (Corrine Costanzo) Sheneman and Jessica Sheneman. Marilyn treasured every moment spent with them, celebrating their accomplishments and nurturing their dreams.Those who knew Marilyn will remember her warmth, her steady presence, and the way she made others feel seen and cared for. Her legacy lives on in the family she loved so deeply and in the countless lives she touched along the way.Her family will forever hold her memory close, grateful for the years they shared and the love she gave so generously.Visitation is Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 4-8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
