She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Boutain and Hazel Ruby Clary Lowe; and her brother Richard F. Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Milton Wayne Keaton; her sons, Michael Wayne Keaton (Debbie) of Noblesville, IN and Timothy Richard Keaton (Kelly) of Pickerington, OH; her grandchildren, Bryce Keaton (Sidney), Lindsey Keaton (Lonnie), Hannah Keaton, Mitchell Keaton (Allie), Hayden Baumgardner (Colleen), Madde Johnson (Richard), Avery Baumgardner (Melanie) and Chandler Baumgardner (Sidney); her great grandchildren, Zyla, Lazarus, Vianna Johnson and Rhys Baumgardner; and her sister-in-law Lana Lowe of Pickerington. She is also survived by many other brothers and sisters-in law, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
