She was born April 16, 1965 in Dayton, OH the daughter of Dallas and Elizabeth Barnes Brendel. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. She loved taking care of her family especially cooking for them. She enjoyed yard sales and going to thrift stores.She is survived by her sons- Jason Clower and Daniel Clower Jr. both of Sparta, TN, daughter- Kristal Sherrill and her husband Robert Willis of Sparta, TN, sisters- Christine Brendel of Crossville, TN and Anita Cochran and her husband Sammy of Dalton, GA, sister-in-law- Sandra Brendel of Dalton, GA and a host of special grandchildren and great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter- Starla Colwell, granddaughter- Makayla Manning and brother- Ronald Scott Brendel.Funeral services will be held Friday March 20, 2026 at 8pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6pm-8pm two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Graveside Committal will be Saturday March 21, 2026 at 11am at Pomona Oak Lawn Cemetery.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
