Marilyn Ford

We bid farewell to Marilyn Ford of Amsterdam, New York, born in Fort Johnson, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 6, 2026 at the age of 88. Marilyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Marilyn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Marilyn's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ford and Kathleen Ford (Dolan); and her siblings, Edward Robert Ford and Patricia Krahmer. She is survived by: her grandchild Tonyâ; her daughters, Linda Isabel (Gerard) and Erin Krajcir (Dave); and her grandsons, David Isabel and Anthony Isabel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Riley Mortuary (110 Division St, Amsterdam, NY 12010).
