Mariellen "Ginger" Spiro

Mariellen “Ginger” Spiro passed away on March 8, 2026. She was the beloved mother of Barbara Freedman, Cheryl Imbriani, Steven Freedman, and Nancy Ginsberg, and the cherished grandmother of six grandchildren.

Ginger lived a life marked by quiet strength, warmth, and deep devotion to her family. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world, and she remained a steady, loving presence in their lives through the years.

A memorial service was held in her honor at Congregation Bet Ha’am on March 11, 2026. She was laid to rest at Temple Beth El Memorial Park in Portland, Maine.
