She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Leo Bissonnette who passed away in 2001. They were married on July 15, 1947, and were married for 54 years.Born on September 16, 1930, in Bienville, LA, Marie was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, and friend. She was known for her dedication, kindness, and the love she extended to all who knew her. A graduate of Bienville High School, Marie carried her hard work and diligence into her professional life.Marie worked at Texas Instruments, where she served as a Quality Control Specialist for 27 years. She was renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the highest quality of products.She is survived by her loving daughters, Cheryl Babbitt of Amherst, NY and Karyl Kelly of Attleboro; her son Jeffrey Bissonnette; grandchildren, Jill Kelly, Lyndsay Kelly, Michael Babbitt and Cristi Lewis; her great-grandchildren, Olyvia Kelly, Isabella Garzaro, Blake Garzaro, Austin Babbitt, Damien McGilvery, Nicholas Barnes, and her special friends and neighbors Joe and Lisa Thommasiello.Marie was preceded in death by her husband Albert, her parents, Jesse and Rosa Plunkett and her son Darrell BissonnetteA special thank you to Bristol Hospice for all your care and support for Marie.Private funeral services for Marie will be under the care of Duffy-Poule Funeral and Cremation Services, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro, MA.Those wishing to honor Marie can donate in her name to the Alzheimer's Association at https://www.alz.org/We invite those who knew Marie to share their memories and upload photos to her memorial page.
