Malone McFarland, 95, of Wallingford, formerly of Northford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Masonicare with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 66 years to the late Orrin A. McFarland. Marian was born in New Haven on October 12, 1930, and was the daughter of the late Walter and Estelle Walczak Malone. She worked for the US Postal Office for many years. Marion was a devoted parishioner and Eucharist Minister at St. Monica's Church. Mother of Regina (Gary) Johnson and the late David and Orrin McFarland II. Mother-in-law of Jeanne McFarland (whose been like a daughter). Grandmother of Michael McFarland. Predeceased by her brothers Russell and Walter Malone Jr.Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Ambrose Parish at St. Monica Church, 1331 Middletown Avenue, Northford on Saturday morning, March 21st at 11:00. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to St. Ambrose Parish, 30 Caputo Road, North Branford, CT 06471.
