She was the beloved wife of the late Emilio Pallante, beloved mother of Carmela Ditri (Giovanni), Giuseppe Pallante (Maureen), Cristina Ditri (John), and Assunta Pallante.Beloved Nonna of Antonio Ditri (Meropi), Massimo Ditri (Evangelia), Elisa Campagna (Keith), Erica Pallante, Maria Murphy (Brendan), Elizabeth Palommella (Patrick), Emilia Teitelman (Joseph), Emilio Pallante (Kate Cocco).Beloved Bisnonna of Joseph, James, Vincent, Charlotte, Gianna, Rocco, Cassandra, Daniela, Grace, Lola, Giovanni, Sofia and Serafina.Born in Longano Italy on June 6th, 1937, passed away on Saturday March 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Maria loved her family dearly and had a warm smile for everyone. She was such a hard-working woman, always taking care of her family. She spent many years sewing as her job and enjoyed sewing at home. She loved making Longanese Polenta, homemade sausage and homemade tomato sauce. She also loved gardening and chatting on the phone with friends and family. We love her and miss her!Predeceased in death by her sisters Enrichetta, Carolina and Mariantonia. Survived by her sister Filomena Cancelliere (Romano).Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, March 21st from 9 to 10:30am at the Maternity BVM Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Avenue, Phila PA 19115.
