She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Seeger and Otto Seeger; her husbands, Robert Salter and Richard Newman; her sister Mechtilde Brues; and her brother-in-law William Kee III.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Salter (Sarah) and Richard Salter (Michelle); her grandchildren, Savannah and Briannah; her siblings, Elisabeth Fromm and Klaus Seeger (Rosa); and her siblings-in-law, Wolfgang Brues and Carol Turner (German). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations and Funerals (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home.
