Maria Elena "Mary" Rodriguez

Maria Elena Rodriguez, known to many as Mary and to others as Elena, was born on November 18, 1976, in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. The eldest of three daughters, she was born to Maria del Rayo Palomino and Pedro Carrillo.

Mary is survived by her devoted husband, Rafael Rodríguez, and their four children, Andrea, Osvaldo, Emiliano, and Elías, along with her two sisters and several nephews. Rafael was her lifelong companion, whom she loved and protected with unwavering devotion. She gave everything for her children, loving each one in a deeply personal way while remaining equally devoted to all. She stayed attentively present in their lives, nourishing them with simple, comforting meals and filling their hearts with her unique and abiding love. She worked tirelessly to provide Andrea and Osvaldo with a university education, never resting until she saw them both graduate.

To her parents and sisters, Mary was a steadfast source of support and was deeply cherished in return. She formed many lasting friendships through her simplicity, warmth, and genuine charisma. A natural listener, she offered sincere interest to everyone she met. Generous and attentive, she was always ready to help others, no matter how small the need. She welcomed family and friends into her home with open arms, serving them with delicious meals and taking great joy in gatherings and celebrations.

Mary was a simple, humble, strong, and hardworking woman of deep faith who loved God and longed to serve Him. She leaves behind a profound emptiness in those who loved her, yet an indelible mark on every heart she touched through her gentle smile, kindness, and generous spirit.
