Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marguiet Marie Scranton Quincy Jones of West Jordan, Utah, who passed away at the age of 94, on March 8, 2026. As we bid Marguiet farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marguiet is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gerald Scranton and Lura Elva Rowley; her husband Arnold Wayne Quincy; her brother Ronald; her husband Edward Jones; and her son Raymond.

She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Jane) and Richard (Christine). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the LDS Chapel (1570 W 11400 S, South Jordan, UT 84095). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Santa Clara City Cemetery (Ancestor Way, Santa Clara, UT 84765).
