She moved to Perry in 1957, where she built a life centered around family, faith, and community. Over the years, she raised her four children and became a familiar, welcoming face to many while greeting customers at Lockhart's Prescription Center.In the later years of her life, Margie cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. She never missed an opportunity to be together, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. She was an avid fisherman and a devoted Florida Gators fan, always cheering on her team with enthusiasm.She is survived by her brother, Wm. Wofford Erwin; her children, Melissa Everett, Mike Lockhart, and Neil Lockhart (Jen); five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and a dear friend to many.A celebration of Margie's life will be held at a later date at First Presbyterian Church in Perry.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
