Marge Schenker

Marge Schenker brought sparkle to life and to everyone around her. She was the beloved wife of Fred Schenker and a devoted mother to Rebecca, Andrew, and Jeremy, and mother-in-law to Jeremy’s wife, Gloriana.

Marge was a good sport who embraced life with patience, cleverness, and a sharp yet playful wit. She met the many Schenker family shenanigans and adventures with humor and grace. She loved to sail, travel, cook, and craft, and she had a deep affection for animals of all kinds, happily sharing in her children’s adventures with ducks, tadpoles, ferrets, snakes, hamsters, birds, and guinea pigs.

Above all, Marge was the heart of her family and home. She had a special gift for turning ordinary moments into something meaningful and celebrations into pure magic. Her greatest joy was gathering her loved ones around her table for Thanksgiving, Passover, and Hanukkah, where her delicious cooking was savored and the warmth of being together was cherished. She also made Christmas special each year with her baking and beloved Christmas cookies.

Marge loved her family deeply. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories, traditions, and love that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
