Margaret Mary Ziegenruecker

Margaret Mary “Peggy” Ziegenruecker (née Twohig), age 77, passed away on March 12, 2026.

A beloved wife of the late Frank K. Ziegenruecker, Peggy was the loving mother of Heidi Marie. She is survived by her sister Rita Cimperman (Joseph), her brother William Twohig, and her sister-in-law Mary Lee Twohig. She was the cherished aunt of Katie Lietzke and Beth Twohig, and the dear great-aunt of Lauren, Liam, and Lexia Lietzke. Peggy was preceded in death by her sister, Sr. Patricia Twohig, CSJ, and her brother Mark Twohig.

Peggy touched many lives as a loyal friend to her pool friends, sewing friends, walking group, and her eastside and westside friend circles. A good and caring neighbor, she took great pride in maintaining her yard with exceptional care. For fifty years she served as a dedicated employee of the Diocese of Cleveland, earning the respect and affection of all who knew her.

She will be remembered for her warmth, steadfast spirit, and the quiet joy she brought to family and friends alike.
