She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Mathieson and Fredrick Mathieson Sr.; her siblings, Marilyn Mann, Fredrick Jr. and Robert Mathieson; her son James; and her grandson Steven.

She is survived by: her husband John (Bob); and her children, John of Idaho, Steven of Syracuse, Mark (Amelia) of Marcellus and Mary (Larry) of Syracuse. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home (44 E Main St, Marcellus, NY 13108). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery (4270 New Seneca Turnpike, Marcellus, NY 13108).
