Margaret M. Finn

Margaret M. Finn, née Cust, 94, of Brookside, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026. Born on September 29, 1931, in Moorestown, New Jersey, to William and Margaret Flemming Cust, she married the love of her life, James F. Finn, in 1963. The couple settled in Brookside in 1968, where they built a life together and where Peggy remained for the rest of her days.

Peggy worked for many years as an administrative assistant in several local offices, where she was known for her reliability and friendly presence. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—crocheting, baking, playing cards, watching sports, and sharing time with friends and neighbors. She especially cherished good company, lively conversation, and the occasional glass of whiskey.

Predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, James F. Finn, who passed away in 2012, Peggy is survived by many dear friends and neighbors in the Brookside community who will remember her warmth, independence, and the life she built in the home she loved.
