Margaret Hann ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Evans Funeral Home - Columbus on Mar. 2, 2026.Margaret Donnabelle (Stonestreet) Hann, age 96, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 27, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio.Born in Columbus, Ohio, on December 29, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Teresa Stonestreet. She received her early education in Columbus and graduated from Bexley High School. Margaret retired from the City of Whitehall at age 75, where she devoted many years of loyal service to her community.To her family and grandchildren, Margaret was affectionately known as "Angel," a nickname that reflected her gentle spirit and caring nature. She took great pride in attending the sports and extracurricular activities of her children and grandchildren. Whether it was a football game, swim meet, band concert, or church play, she was always there supporting her family with pride. She enjoyed shopping and traveling with family and friends, always finding happiness in new places. A devoted animal lover, she cared deeply for cats and dogs, but none held a more special place in her heart than her beloved cat, Cody.She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Linda) Hann and Victor (Jen) Hann; grandchildren Danielle, Jennifer, Kaitlyn, Josh, and Megan; great grandchildren Madison, Allison, William, Titan, Loghan, and Hunter; sister Amelia Doritan, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John J. Hann Jr.; sisters Eileen Foyer and Teresa Thompson; and grandson, Jacob Lee Hann.Margaret will be remembered for her kindness, her humor, and the love she poured into everyone around her.
