Water Street, Keyser, WV, died Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA.Born on March 21, 1935 in Keyser, WV, she was a daughter of the late William Robert Malone and Ethel Mae (Footen) Jones. She also was preceded in death by her stepfather, Joseph Jones; her husband of 65 years, James A. Seaman; a daughter, Pamela Sue Warnick and a sister, Marian Evans.Mrs. Seaman was a 1953 graduate of Keyser High School and worked for 21 years with Sears Roebuck and Company as a seamstress and clothing tailor. She was a member of the Keyser Assembly of God Church and the Ladies Auxiliary to both Nancy Hanks Post # 3518, VFW in Keyser and Victory Post # 155, American Legion in Westernport, MD.Surviving are her children, Steven Paul Davis and wife Stella of Tampa, FL, Theresa Lynn Seaman of Keyser and Thomas Joseph Seaman and wife Patricia of Woodbridge, VA ; two stepbrothers, Paul and Joseph Jones and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.At Mrs. Seaman's request, there will be no visitation. Private interment will be conducted at the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.The Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Keyser, is in charge of the arrangements.The family requests that in lieu of flowers, friends are asked to please plant a flower in Margaret's memory.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
