We bid farewell to Marcianne Kimpton of Middlefield, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 6, 2026 at the age of 94. Marcianne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marcianne leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Myron Kimpton; and her grandson Stefan Barstow. She is survived by: her parents, Leo Thomas and Lauretta Thomas (Smith); and her children, Alice Wile (John), Raymond Kimpton (Emily), Philip Kimpton (Ana) and Arthur Kimpton (Stacie).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (16150 Center St, Middlefield, OH 44080).
