She was born on March 15, 1954, in Illinois to Harold and Marjorie Metzner and spent her life devoted to family, faith, and service to others.Marcia is survived by her beloved spouse, Mark Christiansen; her children, Sara Nackers, Pam Nackers, and Elizabeth Johanek; her stepchild, Zachary Christiansen; and her cherished grandchildren, Bailyn Nackers, Emmett Nackers, Charlotte Johanek, and Joseph Johanek. She is also survived by her brothers, cousins, as well as many nieces and nephews.Marcia was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Marjorie Metzner, her brother, Mark Metzner and mother-in-law Norma Christiansen.The Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home- Hartford is serving the family.
