She passed away on March 10, 2026 surrounded by family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and family member whose kindness and generosity touched many lives.Marcia was known for her sharp mind, her curiosity about the world, and her love of learning. She enjoyed reading, movies, crafts, and writing. She took great joy in sending handwritten cards to family and friends and was famous for remembering everyone's birthdays and anniversaries. Those small but meaningful gestures were just one of the many ways she made people feel remembered and loved. A meaningful tradition in Marcia's life was lighting Shabbat candles every Friday evening. Marcia was known for her warm personality, thoughtful nature, and, at times, her well-known stubbornness that stayed with her until the end.Marcia shared nearly 40 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Steve. They traveled widely, enjoying multiple cruises and journeys around the world, nearly visiting every continent together. Exploring the world and learning about different cultures brought her great happiness. More than anything, they shared a deep love, respect, and appreciation for one another that was evident to everyone who knew them.Together, Marcia and Steve were committed to raising their children, Eden and Seth, in the Jewish faith, instilling in them the importance of family, tradition, and community. She was a devoted mother who believed strongly in education and encouraged her children to work hard and do well in school while also enjoying life and pursuing their interests.Marcia is survived by her beloved husband, Steve; her children, Eden and Seth; her brothers, Jeff, David, and Bruce; and her sister in-laws, Michelle and Margaret, along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her presence in their lives. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
