We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2026, Marcella Thomas of Columbus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Marcella farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marcella is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Thomas; her sons, Steven Thomas and Donnie Thomas; and her siblings, Leroy Hill, Connie Smith, Eleanor Fitch, Mazella Defelice and Rosemary Conley.

She is survived by: her son Gregory; and her granddaughter Anna.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Maeder-Quint-Tiberi Funeral Home (1068 S High St, Columbus, OH 43206). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (1000 Greenlawn Ave, Columbus, OH 43223).
