Mahina Zelda-Wren Schweiger

January 11, 2019 March 10, 2026

Mt. Orab, OH

Mahina Schweiger, born on January 11, 2019, at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, brought light and strength to everyone she touched during her brief but powerful life. Her name, meaning “a light that shines in darkness,” perfectly reflected her spirit. From the beginning, Mahina faced challenges with remarkable courage and determination. Diagnosed with Diffuse Midline Glioma in 2024, she confronted her final battle with the same headstrong resolve that defined her, surpassing many expectations and inspiring all who walked beside her.

Those who loved her felt deeply blessed to fight alongside her, cheering her on through every step. On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 11:07 a.m., Mahina took her last breath. Though the pain of her absence is already profound, her family finds comfort knowing she is now pain-free, filled with joy, and dancing in the presence of Yeshua until they meet again.

She leaves behind a family who will carry her light in their hearts forever.
