Madhav Erraguntla

Madhav Erraguntla, a devoted husband, loving father of two, and cherished friend, passed away at the age of 59. Born in Tirupati, India, he spent much of his early life there before completing his college education. On September 14, 1994, he married Indu, and together they built their life in College Station, Texas.

Madhav earned his Ph.D. in 1996 and began his professional career at Knowledge Based Systems, Inc. He went on to make significant contributions in both industry and academia, eventually serving as a Professor of Practice in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he found joy in good food, playing poker, and traveling with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Indu; his children, Rohit and Sanjana; his brother, Mahesh; and his sister, Manjuvani. Madhav will be deeply missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
