She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Bassford of Raleigh; her brother Gene Wall (Patricia) of South Carolina; her sister-in-law JoAnn Wall of Raleigh; her nephews, Paul Jones and Josh Wall (Ashley); her great-nephew Oliver; her stepdaughter Sandy Fisher (Billy) of Creedmoor; her stepgrandchildren, Angela Cook (D. J.) and Brian Fisher (Kristin); and her great grandchildren, Brady Fisher and Uriah Cook.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory (944 Old Knight Rd, Knightdale, NC 27545). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel (944 Old Knight Rd, Knightdale, NC 27545). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Gardens (102 Moss Rd, Creedmoor, NC 27522).
