M. Paulette Northcutt

Paulette Northcutt was born in Bonne Terre on April 14, 1943, a daughter of Paul and Margarita (née Perrier) Whitener. She passed away at de Greeff Hospice House on March 1, 2026, at the age of 82.

She is survived by her children, Linda Ames of Moberly, Gail (Albert Santoscoy, Jr.) Ames of St. Charles, and Michael (Donna) Ames of St. Charles; her stepsons, Alvin “Corky” (Joyce) Northcutt, Jr. of De Soto and Kenneth (Kris) Northcutt of De Soto; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren, with one on the way. Paulette was a longtime member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and the Daughters of Isabella Circle #659.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, SSgt. Donald Ames; her second husband, Alvin Northcutt, Sr.; a daughter, Carol Ames; and a stepdaughter, Brenda Howell.
