Lynne Marie Gustafson

Lynne Marie Gustafson, 67, of Hanson, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026. Born in Dorchester on August 4, 1958, she graduated from North Quincy High School and enjoyed a long career as an executive senior administrative assistant at Stop & Shop Headquarters for more than thirty years.

Lynne took great pride in her twenty-year marriage to Jeffrey Gustafson. She cherished time with her family and found joy in vacations to the Florida Keys, spinning, playing golf, and supporting her grandchildren at dance competitions and hockey games. She had a deep love for the ocean, especially Onset Beach, where a stop at the Captain often completed her perfect beach day.

She is survived by her daughter Tracey and husband Scott Pyer, her grandchildren Alexis and Cristian Pyer, all of Hanson; her daughter Carolyn Ball of Hanson; her sister Gail and husband Doug Lloyd of Hanson, their daughter Kyleigh Lloyd of Hanson, and their son DJ Lloyd of Colorado; her sister Diane Clougherty and spouse Greg of California; and her brother Joseph “J” Clougherty and wife Stephanie of Carver. Lynne was preceded in death by her father Joseph Clougherty, her mother Roberta Clougherty, her husband Jeffrey Gustafson, and her daughter Jennifer Jean Ball and Glen Ball.

Lynne was deeply loved by everyone who knew her and will be greatly missed.
