Lyle D. Patterson

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Patterson and Eleanor Dunn Patterson; his sister Darlene Schaap; his in-laws, Earl and Dorothy Beeler; and his sister-in-law Peggy Ouellette.

He is survived by: his wife Dotty Jo of Holdrege; his sons, Saun of Holdrege and Shane (Liz) of Bertrand; his grandchildren, Morgan Patterson of Holdrege, Taylor Patterson (Treianne) of Kearney, Taryn Abramson (Cale) of Loomis, Meghan Patterson (Kent Mayfield) of Seward, Amanda Patterson of Holdrege, Karley Patterson of Holdrege, Landon and Caleb Patterson of Bertrand; his great grandchild Malachi Patterson; his brothers, RiverLynn, Raycn Patterson, Archer and Hudson Abramson; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Schaap of Omaha and Rex Beeler of Kearney. He is also survived by 4 nephews, two cousins, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home (401 Burlington St, Holdrege, NE 68949). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holdrege Methodist Church (604 West Ave, Holdrege, NE 68949).

A memorial has been established in Lyle's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for a later designation.
