Lydia E. Riggenbach

Lydia E. Riggenbach, age 69, of Wheeling, West Virginia, formerly of Paden City and New Martinsville, passed away on March 14, 2026, at Peterson Rehabilitation Center.

Born on October 5, 1956, in New Martinsville, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Billiter Wallace. Lydia was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Toothman, and her brother, Lynn Wallace.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Riggenbach of Wheeling; her son, Michael Doty of Las Vegas, Nevada; nine grandchildren, Alexander Harman, Sophia and Joseph Ewers, Jonathan Renfro, Emily Lynn, Ariel Dubin, Aiden, Austin, and Madison Toothman; four great-grandchildren; and her sister, Marlene Camerlin of Sistersville, West Virginia.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
