Luz E. Marquez Luz E. Marquez, 60, of Meriden, loving wife of Santos Jr. Marquez, passed away on March 8, 2026. She was born in Carolina, P.R. on December 8, 1965, a daughter of Jesus and Carmen Hiraldo. In addition to her husband, she leaves her children, Ashley and Christopher Marquez, four grandchildren, and four siblings. A funeral service celebrating Luz's life will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Iglesia A.C.M. El Shaddai, 53 Franklin Sq., New Britain. Friends may visit with her family from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meriden. Luz's family kindly asks, PLEASE DO NOT SEND FLOWERS.
