Lucy V. Amento

Lucy V. Amento, 99, a lifelong resident of Ambler, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 10, 2026. Born in Ambler on May 30, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Corrado and Antonia (Chiefolo) Amento.

Lucy lived a quiet and devoted life in the community she had always called home. She is remembered fondly by her surviving family, including her nephew Peter Amento and his wife Alice; her great-nieces and nephews Christine Rath (Gerald, III), Peter Amento, Angela Liddle (Darryl), Gabriel Anastasi (Thomas), Joseph Amento, and Julie Amento; and her great-great-nieces and nephews Gerald Rath, IV, Allison Rath, Mary Catherine Rath, and Salvatore Anastasi. She was predeceased by her nephews Joseph Amento and his wife Marilyn, and Corrado Amento and his wife Jeannette.

Her family will carry forward the love and memories of a woman who remained deeply connected to her roots in Ambler throughout her long life.
