Lucille Gilbert

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucille Gilbert of Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Lucille's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Lucille's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Guysenir and Sarah Guysenir; and her brothers, Lawrence Guysenir (late Mildred) and Dr. Maurice Guysenir (late Jewel). She is survived by: her children, Renee Gilbert (Paul Bayliss) and Aliza Gilbert (Martin Coonen); and her grandson Thomas.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Menorah Gardens Cemetery (2630 S 17th Ave, Broadview, IL 60155).
