LuAnn D'Alessandri

LuAnn D’Alessandri, age 69 of Monroe, passed away peacefully at her home on March 12, 2026. Born on August 5, 1956 in Monroe, she graduated from Hayworth High School in Kokomo, Indiana, and married Frank D. D’Alessandri on May 17, 1974 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Monroe.

LuAnn devoted herself to her roles as homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She shared a special bond with her grandchildren and found great joy in knitting, cooking, and baking, particularly during the holidays. Her homemade cannoli were a cherished family tradition. She also held a deep affection for animals and always had a soft spot for dogs.

She is survived by her husband Frank; her daughter Andrea D’Alessandri of Ionia, Michigan; her son Ryan (Angela Roberts) D’Alessandri of Monroe; three grandchildren, Donald Duvall, Destinee Bowling, and Kira D’Alessandri; and one great-grandchild, Mercury. LuAnn was preceded in death by her mother, Lydia (Cloum) Lowe, and her brother, Ronald Cloum.
