Louise L Richardson

Louise L. Richardson, 77, of Sinking Spring, passed away on March 8, 2026, at Mifflin Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Alex Richardson and was preceded in death by her first husband, Ron Brown. Born in St. Ignatius, Montana, to Ross H. and Merla Lee (Leishman) Wilson, Louise was a woman of quiet creativity and warm generosity.

She is survived by her son, Wade T. Anundson, and his wife Rebecca; her daughter, Carrie A. Hughes, and her husband Mark; her four brothers, Thomas, James, Ben, and Karl Wilson; four grandsons, Michael Anundson (partner of Leah Heathershaw), James (husband of Emma O’Shea), Daniel, and Ethan Anundson; a stepson, Glenn; five stepdaughters, Stephanie, Cheryl, Natalie, Geri, and Gina; 14 step-grandchildren; and many step great-grandchildren. She was affectionately known as “Aunt Lou” to her many nieces and nephews.

A lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Louise found joy in her artistic pursuits, particularly painting, sewing, and crocheting. She had a deep love for gardening and was always seeking ways to help others and welcome new friends into her life.

Services and burial were held privately.
