The funeral service will be held Monday, March 16 at 3:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Service in Edinburg. Pastor Marilyn Heishman and Mr. Paul Cook will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Jackson Cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour prior at the funeral home.Mrs. Mason was born June 6, 1938 in Jerome to the late Staylor and Lilly Hines Hamilton. She was raised by Sam and Pauline Hottinger. She was married to the late Jack Proctor Sr. and later married Randall Wayne Mason on May 22, 1982 who preceded her in death on June 18, 2024.She leaves behind her devoted daughters, Jill (Joe, "Les") Irby and Rose (Tommy) Aquaro; grandchildren, April Frye, Yvonne and Yvette Proctor, Alexander and Emily Irby; great grandchildren, MaKayla, Laila, Olivia; step grandchildren, Dustin Mason (whom she raised as her own), Erin and Jennifer Knapp; brothers, Jerry and Dannie Hottinger. She was preceded in death by sons, William and Allen Proctor and brothers, Richard, Merle and Ralph Hamilton.Louise was best known for her cooking abilities that she proudly served at the Family Cafeteria, Johnny Appleseed and Eagles Club. She also was a bookkeeper for Hepner Brothers, and Dicky Mantz. She had a love for Elvis and elephants. She was a life member of Grace UCC.Pallbearers will be Jerry, Dwayne, and Samuel Hottinger, Tommy Aquaro, Joe and Alexander Irby, Eddie Weaver and Robert Shank.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, P.O. Box 115, Mt.
