Louis P. Joseph, Sr. was born on October 25, 1940, in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, to Junius and Ada Joseph. He passed away on March 9, 2026.
Lou served his country as an Air Force veteran and carried a warm, outgoing spirit that drew people to him easily. He was the first in his family to graduate from college, earning a degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother James Rogers, and his two sisters, Betty Tillery-Smith and Emily Faye Garrett.
Louis is survived by his wife of 61 years, Olivia, his sons Louis Jr. and David, his daughter Karen, his three grandchildren Louis III, Jasmine, and Michael, one great-grandchild, several nephews, a niece, and other cousins.
