Korte, 93, of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2026, in Largo, FL.Louis was born in Cincinnati, OH, and resided in Cherry Hill, NJ most of his life. He was fortunate enough to have spent summers in Cherry Hill, NJ, and winters in Clearwater, FL with his second partner in life, Eileen Aubut. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who proudly served during the Korean War. Louis worked for 20th Century Fox Films for over 40 years, ending as District Sales Manager in New York City. He was a long-time member of the VFW.Husband of the late Doris B. Korte (nee Kaeser); Father of the late Lawrence Steven Korte and his surviving wife Jody Korte; he is survived by his four children, Louis G. Korte, Jr. (Terrie), Leonard Korte (Arlene), Kenneth Korte (Erin), and Shelly Phipps (Edward); 14 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.Relatives and friends may greet the family on, Friday, March 13, 2026, from 10-10:45AM, at Christ Our Light Catholic Church, 402 N. Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ.
