Louie B. Sells Jr., 84, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Louie lived a life defined by dedication, perseverance, and deep love for those closest to him. For many years he worked as a manufacturing warehouse worker, where his strong work ethic and reliability earned the respect of those around him. He took quiet pride in providing for his family in a way that was both honorable and steadfast.

Above all, Louie cherished his family. The moments spent with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren brought him his greatest joy. His gentle humor could light up a room, and he had a special way of making each person feel valued and loved. His quiet strength, steady presence, and caring heart will be remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years and 10 months, Kaye Sells, and his daughter, Shari Roberts, as well as former daughter-in-law Vanessa Sells. He also leaves behind cherished grandchildren Jeremie (Jennifer) Roberts, Brandon (Madeline) Roberts, Noah (Madison) Sells, and Gabriel Sells, and great-grandchildren Coltyn, Naomi, and Waylon Roberts. Louie was preceded in death by his sons David C. Sells and Tracy S. Sells, his father Louie B. Sells Sr., his mother Eileen N. Currier, his sister Marcella M. Glass, and his brother Harry W. Sells. His legacy endures in the family he loved so dearly and in the memories held by all who knew him.
