Lou B. George

Lou B. George, a native of Camilla, Georgia and longtime resident of Bay Minette, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the age of 78.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, known for her deep faith and her life as a prophetic prayer warrior. Lou cherished her family above all and found great joy in the love and company of those closest to her.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Jessie and Tommy and her sister Joanne Beck. Lou is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Kurt George; her children, Missi Dyess of Gulf Breeze, Florida, Michael Estes and his wife Kerry of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, and Bobby George and his wife Jamie of Yukon, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, John Douglas Booker and his wife Karla, Laura Bingle and her husband Brandon, and Noah Estes; her great-grandchildren, Braxton Bingle and Kason Bingle; her brother Ronny; her niece Tonya White; and her half-sister Sondra.
