Lou Ann Garner

We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2026, at the age of 92, Lou Ann Garner (Saint Cloud, Minnesota) passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlow Shoquist and Gladys Boutang (Lambert); her husband Bill; her son Tom; her son-in-law Kevin Lahr; her siblings, Chuck Shoquist, Nancy Garner and Mary Nash; and her brother-in-law Harry Nash.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Lahr, Jane Herian (Jim) and Sally Atkinson (John); her grandchildren, Andrew Herian (Amy), Taylor Jorgenson (Bryce), Bobby Garner (Becca), Olivia Schneider (Kempton), Frank Garner, Anna Downing (Jared), Daniel Lahr, Jack Atkinson (Cass), Joey Atkinson and Charlie Atkinson; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Cameron, Callen, Harper, Hayes and Greyson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 1st 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Atonement Lutheran Church (1144 29th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56303). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
